Detailed digital modeling and optimization of construction processes is a topic that is not yet sufficiently explored. Such modeling requires innovative AI methods and is essential for digital, integrative, and resource-saving construction planning that considers as many performance criteria as early as possible. This project examines and implements this modeling and AI-based optimization, using the multi-story timber system developed at IntCDC as an example.
